This is a 1.75"-diameter, pewter Magus Dragon Wax Seal Stamp with a solid pewter handle. Magus is a Latin term for Magic or Sorcerer, and this dragon is Magical! It is a wonderful deep seal that leaves a raised dragon. This great design has both detail and depth and is one of the finest and largest wax seal stamps we offer. (We really dig this one. Can you tell?) This is an item to last for hundreds of years and pass on. An heirloom of unique proportions.
Made for wax seals only. Always remember to lightly oil (olive or cooking oil) the stamp before pressing into sealing wax.
Handle is solid pewter and stands apx 4.5" tall. At the top of the stamp is a deep blue stone sphere 1" in diameter. Comes bagged with a mini booklet explaining how to seal with wax. | |
