The Fibonacci Bracelet is a tribute made in sterling silver to Leonardo of Pisa, a.k.a. Fibonacci, who is known for his sequence of numbers called "The Fibonacci Numbers." In 1202, this sequence was introduced to Western European mathematics. The sequence basically is that each number is the sum of the two previous numbers.
The Fibonacci Numbers are much cooler than that though. In music numbers are used to tune music instruments. In art it determines the size or length of objects. In nature it is everywhere from the branching of trees to the arrangement of a pine cone.
The Fibonacci Sequence is by far the coolest number sequence out there. Almost as cool as Pi. And you know how we love Pi.
Numbers etched in Roman numerals (I, II, III, V, VIII, XXI etc.). Diameter of cuff bracelet is approximately 2 ½”.
