This is a 1-1/8" diameter pewter stamp with a solid pewter handle. It's made for wax seals, and works well for ink, too. The Celtic knot is a symbol of eternity, and expresses the continuity of life, death, and rebirth. It is also a great symbol of hope.
When using with ink, place light cloth or felt under paper for the best impression. Always remember to lightly oil (olive or cooking oil) the stamp before pressing into sealing wax.
Handle is solid pewter and stands apx 3" tall. Comes, as do all our stamps, in velvet bag with a mini booklet explaining how to seal with wax and ink. Made in the USA. | |
